Spinal Decompression
Spinal decompression uses a controlled, motorized traction technique to stretch the spine gently, which creates negative pressure inside the affected disc. That pressure change can draw bulging or herniated material back toward its original position, and it also improves the flow of nutrients and water into the disc itself.
Dr. Eyford tends to recommend this technique for chronic back or neck pain tied to disc issues, especially in cases where other conservative methods have not produced lasting results. Treatment usually runs over a series of weeks, and the intensity gets adjusted along the way based on how the patient responds and tolerates each session.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy addresses muscle tension, restricted circulation, and soft tissue restrictions that often accompany spinal misalignment. Techniques vary depending on the patient’s condition and may include deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, or myofascial release.
Massage, when performed in conjunction with chiropractic treatment, will enhance the effectiveness of the therapy by loosening up the muscles that would otherwise restrict movement of the spine. Frequency depends on the severity of the condition and the patient’s treatment goals.
Wellness Care
Wellness care is concerned with keeping your spine healthy and functioning after you’ve recovered from an injury. Adjustments will allow Dr. Eyford to address any misalignment at a much earlier stage, which in turn allows him to preserve the functionality of the nervous system and the range of motion in your body.
Those who decide to undergo wellness care frequently experience improved posture, decreased muscle tension, and increased resistance to stress factors. The visit schedule will be determined by personal needs, but can vary from monthly visits to those performed only on a seasonal basis. Dr. Eyford will most likely combine it with physical activity advice.
Laser Therapy
Laser treatment involves the use of light beams of a particular wavelength on damaged or inflamed tissues in order to activate cell function and facilitate healing. This procedure is non-invasive, not involving any pain, heat, or discomfort; hence, it is appropriate for treating many disorders such as sprains, strains, tendinitis, and arthritis pain.
It achieves healing by lowering inflammation and improving blood circulation within the cells. Laser treatment can be combined with adjustment and soft tissue treatment to reduce the period required for healing. Laser sessions last for short periods and are usually painless.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves placing thin needles at specific points on the body to influence nerve activity, circulation, and muscle tension. Dr. Eyford often uses it alongside adjustments to manage pain, reduce inflammation, and support the body’s own healing response.
Chronic back and neck pain, headaches, and muscle tightness that hasn’t fully responded to other treatment are among the conditions he commonly addresses this way. Patients frequently report less discomfort and better relaxation after a series of sessions. As with other treatments, the plan gets adjusted based on how each patient responds.
Corporate Health and Wellness Program
Corporate wellness programs bring chiropractic and preventive health services directly into the workplace. The focus is on the physical strain that comes with prolonged sitting, repetitive tasks, and poor ergonomic setups, the kind of wear and tear that builds up quietly over months of desk work.
Services typically include posture assessments, ergonomic recommendations, and on-site adjustments or education sessions built around the specific demands of a given workforce. The aim is fewer absences tied to musculoskeletal discomfort and better long-term employee wellbeing. Program structure and frequency depend on company size, industry, and the physical demands employees face day to day.
EMSELLA & EMSCULPT NEO
EMSELLA and EMSCULPT NEO use targeted electromagnetic and radiofrequency energy to address concerns that adjustments alone cannot reach. EMSELLA strengthens the pelvic floor, helping with issues like urinary incontinence, without any need to undress. EMSCULPT NEO combines muscle stimulation with heat to build strength and reduce fat in areas such as the abdomen or thighs.
Sessions are quick, non-invasive, and require no downtime. Many patients notice improved strength and tone after a series of treatments. Dr. Eyford often recommends these alongside chiropractic care for patients focused on both function and overall body confidence.
CBD Infused massage
CBD-infused massage combines therapeutic massage techniques with a topical CBD (cannabidiol) to help ease muscle tension, soreness, stiffness, and localized discomfort. The treatment supports relaxation while targeting areas affected by overuse, stress, or inflammation. CBD is non-intoxicating, so it does not create a high. During the session, the product is applied directly to the skin as the therapist works on tight muscles and problem areas. Patients notice anxiety settling and their mind slowing down. This may also help you feel more relaxed and leave your skin feeling soft and moisturized after treatment.
